L2D2 goes to SPIE PW 2025

Ilias Cheliotis, a PhD candidate at NTUA, presented the latest advancements of the L2D2 project in the field of graphene and hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) heterostructure transfer at the SPIE Photonics West 2025 conference. His talk focused on the innovative application of the Laser-Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT) technique, showcasing key experimental achievements such as the successful transfer of the heterostructure and its integration into electronic devices. The conference was held in San Francisco, California, USA, from January 25 to 30, 2025.
