L2D2 goes to SPIE photonics WEST 2024

L2D2’s coordinator, Ioanna Zergioti, gave an oral presentation about the “Laser induced transfer for the digital integration of 2D materials in optoelectronic devices”  in the frame of SPIE Photonics West, held in San Francisco, California, from January 27 – to February 1 2024 .

We were excited to share our latest progress in the “Laser Induced Transfer” method, as a digital and solvent-free approach for the single step integration of three 2D materials: Graphene, MoS2, and Bi2Se3-xSx into substrates and devices relevant for optoelectronics.
