L2D2 goes to EMRS 2025

Professor Ioanna Zergioti from NTUA presented the latest advancements of the L2D2 project in the transfer of two-dimensional semiconductors and the fabrication of their heterostructures using the Laser-Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT) technique at the EMRS 2025 conference. Her presentation showcased key experimental results, including the successful transfer of heterostructures and the fabrication of electronic devices such as field-effect transistors (FETs) and pn-junctions incorporating these materials. The event took place in Strasbourg, France, from May 26 to 30, 2025.
